Shipping terms
Deliveries will be made on the day and within the hours specified by the orderer at the time of ordering. Usually, the order will be ready within 3 hours of the delivery time, except for holidays. Orders received after 18:00 and orders placed on Saturdays/holidays will be shipped on the closest business day to the order. In periods before holidays, there is no commitment to an exact delivery time - shipments are sent as soon as possible and until 21:00 p.m.
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays and holidays (you can check in front of the store and order by phone if possible). Orders placed on Saturdays and holidays will be shipped on the closest business day to the order.
Fridays and holiday eves - orders received after 14:00 p.m. will be shipped on the closest business day to the order.
The inventory of the bouquets/arrangements/pots that appear on the website may change from time to time, depending on the time of year and according to the existing inventory at the growers we buy from. We make every effort so that the flowers you receive are fresh and last a while.
Shipping procedures
In the event that the recipient is not at home to receive the shipment, we will coordinate with the recipient a location to leave the shipment.
Also, we reserve the option to leave the shipment with the neighbors / put a note on the recipient's door or in the mailbox, and indicate the name of the recipient to whom the specific shipment is intended.
We make our best efforts for the safe delivery of the shipment to the recipient.
Making the order
To place the order, please choose the product you like and click on "Add to Cart". Now, you will be transferred to your shopping cart, where you can check its contents, add (if you wish) additional products and go to the order page by clicking on "Order". On this page, you fill in your details, the recipient's details, a greeting, and payment details (with the payment method that is convenient for you).

There is no exchange of bouquets/pots/arrangements. An exchange/credit can only be made on products such as vases/vases/artificial flowers, within 30 days of making the purchase with a receipt/order confirmation attached.
